One of the most toxic cultures I've worked in. Complete lack of strategy from C level (of which there are far too many of for a company so small). Essentially a lot of senior people with jumped up titles and jumped up egos. A very aggressive sales culture driven by a largely male leadership team (ironic for a business founded by such an iconic female entrepreneur) and generally encouraged in other team members. Frequently witnessed people getting dressing down in wider meetings which is unnecessary and humiliating (you can do this in private). At the same time no direction or accountability from leadership team. This then feeds down to the senior management team who will try to do what they can to avoid being in the firing line and not support their teams. I was frequently told "that's just how it is here", as if that makes it ok. Blame culture. Punching down. Think of all the worst things about places you've worked, times it by 10, then realise there's definitely better companies out there for you. No doubt HR will post about how they are sorry to hear this and trawl out a few stock lines from the company handbook. They are fully aware but powerless to do anything about it as they want to keep their jobs. Real shame, as I said, a lot of decent people working there but let down by a few aggressive dinosaurs
