Pros

-Very in depth and extensive training program for all crew members that touches on all aspects of the operation. -Free lunch or dinner up to $15 each shift.

Cons

-Salary is low for the level of work involved. -Only job I ever had where I was a manager but was required to punch out for lunch but continue doing my duties as if I was working on the clock. -Concerns regarding the upkeep of the store were consistently brushed off or put off and didn't seem to care that I took the initiative to seek out the problems that needed to be fixed. -Never addressed the fact that the previous management team did nothing to address the numerous health dept violations throughout the store. -Store safe was short a large amount of money before I started working there, yet the issue kept being brought up to me while I was employed there as if I was supposed to find out what happened or come up with a solution from a problem that occurred while not even employed. -Issues regarding the tardiness of another manager were never addressed and caused tension among the team members in the store. -Was terminated during COVID with no notice or warning after taking a leave of absence due to family members being immunocompromised and not wanting to risk them getting sick.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
