Pros
- Free food (which you MUST eat on the premises)
Cons
- Everything - Management lies and often tells half truths. - Very evasive when talking salaries, job descriptions and career direction - Poor communication - Lack of education and training in "management" My first day (I still wasn't sure what my job title is as no one seemed to have known) I was expected to know standards and procedures, given the worst constructive criticism and felt like I was being managed by a teenager on a power trip. I was told to come in the following day, but for some reason (maybe eating the food) I wasn't feeling well and informed the manager that I wouldn't be able to make it in with hours worth of notice. How funny is it that when I texted (the manager prefers to text, not email or call) to ask when I should come in next, I was told that he would tell me tomorrow and then I get a TBNT. Even though I passed the trail and received a uniform? Garbage. I will not eat here or recommend this place to anyone over 15. Lazy management, lazy communication and aside from three people I met there, it seems the more responsibility you have there the lazier you're allowed to be.
