Cons
- Less than a week of actual training that doesn't even come close to preparing you for the chaos that's coming for you. -EVERYONE and their mother messaging you with complaints, frustrations etc that are most often beyond your control but you take the blame anyway -Meetings literally every day. I've worked remotely for over 10 years... this is overkill and unneccesary. -They will say they are in a period of growth and change when in reality, they have zero organization, bad training and throw you in not knowing anything but expect you to care for clients blindly -Overwhelming case loads -cliquey environment. The same 6 people converse, laugh and get their attention in meetings. When anyone else talks, its an "oh thanks for that." -No structure. Nobody knows their responsibilities or whats going on 3/4 of the time -Most stressful, unprepared role i've ever stepped into.
