Pros

Nice offices Good cause Some employees are great

Cons

- Leadership is lacking, founders are disconnected from their employees - A lot of non-professional decisions are made (without real explanations to the employees) and nepotism is widely spread, especially among the higher ranks (C-Level & VPs). - CPO is an intimidating person who occasionally talks in an inappropriate way to employees. - CTO is micro-managing her employees, to a level that the whole department is not functioning in the last months and engineers start to look for other opportunities. - People are getting fired only because they are in the wrong side of the political map, or because they dared to ask for a raise or a change of position. Great and effective employees being made to leave or getting fired because of false reasons. - Stress in the organization is very high, mainly because of mistakes made by management and frequent change of priorities and employees pay the price by working after work hours if needed. - Salaries are OK but once you sign - you will never get a raise or more options.

Pros

Catered lunch, Doordash credits every M/F, unlimited PTO

Cons

Flare masks the true nature of the company with attractive benefits. The leadership has no regard for its clients or the employees on the front lines of communication. Despite numerous outcries for additional support, leadership actively works against the needs of its employees and clients. It's impossible to ask questions or get additional clarification, as you quickly come to learn no one at the top knows what the day to day work is actually like. The compensation does not adequately make up for the extremely emotional client calls. The leadership allows employees to be berated by clients and other departments. There is an immense lack of honesty and transparency coming from the top down. Lastly, the upper leadership points fingers at everyone but themselves when things go wrong -- you can expect zero accountability from those you reach out to.

Pros

-Benefits & Perks (thats all I got)

Cons

- Less than a week of actual training that doesn't even come close to preparing you for the chaos that's coming for you. -EVERYONE and their mother messaging you with complaints, frustrations etc that are most often beyond your control but you take the blame anyway -Meetings literally every day. I've worked remotely for over 10 years... this is overkill and unneccesary. -They will say they are in a period of growth and change when in reality, they have zero organization, bad training and throw you in not knowing anything but expect you to care for clients blindly -Overwhelming case loads -cliquey environment. The same 6 people converse, laugh and get their attention in meetings. When anyone else talks, its an "oh thanks for that." -No structure. Nobody knows their responsibilities or whats going on 3/4 of the time -Most stressful, unprepared role i've ever stepped into.
