Flare masks the true nature of the company with attractive benefits. The leadership has no regard for its clients or the employees on the front lines of communication. Despite numerous outcries for additional support, leadership actively works against the needs of its employees and clients. It's impossible to ask questions or get additional clarification, as you quickly come to learn no one at the top knows what the day to day work is actually like. The compensation does not adequately make up for the extremely emotional client calls. The leadership allows employees to be berated by clients and other departments. There is an immense lack of honesty and transparency coming from the top down. Lastly, the upper leadership points fingers at everyone but themselves when things go wrong -- you can expect zero accountability from those you reach out to.
