Pros
Lots of over time if you are willing to work it. Shift differential of 15% for nights and weekends. Tutuitan re-reimbursement. Very nice maternity leave benefits.
Cons
Pay is not fair for the work, They DO NOT communicate with their employees OR clients making the clients pissed and the call center reps have to deal with anger. Their scheduler sucks! They have lots of times were only one person is on the phone with a 2-3 hour wait time because they did not plan good enough.
