Great benefits. Women in leadership roles.

Cons

Company culture and morale have taken significant hits in recent years, and there seems to be a complacent attitude towards remedying that. The eyes of management are strictly on Wall Street. The products which the company is delivering are short sighted and do not benefit the customer. Projects are date driven. No customer involvement or care given to the tools needed not only to serve the customer, but to catch up to the competition in the marketplace.

Pros

Lots of over time if you are willing to work it. Shift differential of 15% for nights and weekends. Tutuitan re-reimbursement. Very nice maternity leave benefits.

Cons

Pay is not fair for the work, They DO NOT communicate with their employees OR clients making the clients pissed and the call center reps have to deal with anger. Their scheduler sucks! They have lots of times were only one person is on the phone with a 2-3 hour wait time because they did not plan good enough.
