-Pay & benefits could be much better -Software/processes are so outdated it's really counterproductive, everything runs slow -Training could be better, the whole learning process itself is confusing because not much makes sense -They cram your training into 2 weeks and expect you to learn way too much (pay doesn't match amount of work) -You use multiple different softwares which just makes it all so confusing -Frequent miscommunication between departments -Hiring often
