They will tell you you can move up, get this or that raise but none of it is true. They are growing so fast and continue to hire out and not offer currency employees the job. You are constantly given more responsiblity without a raise. They will even give you a “special title” but no raise. All you hear is they bought this company or spent money on that but won’t compensate their employees. They will avoid conflict like the plague. If you have coworkers/team members that aren’t pulling their weight and everyone has issues with them. They won’t do anything. The HR department is a wreck. Your paycheck will get messed up a millions times. They are never available to talk or provide you with explanation. Takes them weeks to get back to your emails about anything. Never met the CEO the whole time I’ve been working here and he gets even my managers name wrong everytime.

Office politics, favoritism, lack of respect. If you aren’t “in” on day one stroking egos of people who have not earned the right to walk around with the egos they have, you are out. You will be shunned and never spoken to. So egotistical that they don’t think there are any better ways of accomplishing tasks. It is their way or the highway and please do not have an opinion, they do not pay you to have an opinion. Your job is to shut up, stroke their egos and say yes ma’am without hesitation. So over worked nothing is getting done and customers are leaving left and right. Not the same company it was when it started. Nobody is asking for a free ride or an easy job, just asking to be respected by the egotistical maniacs that are clearly running this place into the ground.
