Pros
After they trick you into thinking FlexManage is a “land of opportunity,” the only positive thing is the deep bonds you’ll make with your fellow suffering colleagues (who are all desperately sending out job applications). Misery loves company, so get ready to make some great friends as you all struggle to get the hell out of there.
Cons
I consider myself to be a fairly temperate, reasonable person. I love my work, I invest in what I do, I take life seriously. So please don’t mistake my intense rant as someone simply trying to “get back” for being wronged. I SINCERELY want to protect job-seekers from making a career mistake and joining this sinking ship of a company.
The executive team will each put on their disingenuous version of a happy face, but if you’re keen, you won’t buy it. So unless you’re unemployed and simply need to collect a paycheck until you find something better, don’t take this job. Keep your nose to the grindstone, because you’ll find something better. Trust me, it’s not hard.
