- HR is friendly and approachable - A nice place to learn about trading platforms and their implementation - Employees have the liberty of exploring other areas of technologies whenever they have the spare time to do it - The company is encouraging people to be health conscious. - Tardiness is getting obvious - No team building or outing - Not enough meeting rooms and some meeting rooms do not have all the facilities that are needed such as a computer - Not much communication from the senior management about the company's long term strategy and the areas where the company needs to improve to stay competitive
