Pros
Very little, the salary is pretty good for the area at the expense of your mental health
Cons
Well what can I say that hasn't already been said? The most disorganised, toxic environment I've ever had the displeasure of working in. While I admire the ambition of the owners of the company, the "board of directors" that sit underneath are poor at best. This board, have a particularly unpleasant way of managing. I have witnessed these individuals disrespecting junior members of staff for raising legitimate work based concerns, there have been instances of sexual impropriety and in addition a general lack of care for individuals mental wellbeing. While the company is quick to send out messages on teams celebrating mental health awareness, it doesn't quite have the same benefit when the chief driving force of diminishing mental health is the COO and his little gang of friends. Further to this, concerns raised to HR, when pertaining to senior staff, are ignored. There have been 40 resignations in head office alone in the last 12 months, of which the staff count is less than 100. The individuals who have left have a significant amount of comradery, I'd liken this to PTSD affected soldiers returning from war. If you're going to apply for a role here, please do yourself a favour and read all of these reviews. They are legitimate, and emanate from employees from varying departments/roles/seniority. They've recently had an instance of messing up paying employees on time, so if you value your credit history I would reconsider employment here. If you last longer than a month then you've done well.
