Cons
There’s so much to learn because the team is always improving, but it ends up being a great way to grow quickly. Everyone is very motivated, so it can make you want to keep up — a “good pressure,” but still something to adjust to. Processes are mostly smooth, with just a few areas that could become even more efficient as the company continues to scale. Lots of support available, but you sometimes need to ask for it proactively because everyone is busy doing great work. The bar is high, which is inspiring, though it means you’re always encouraged to bring your best.
