- you get responsibility early on in your career - not hierarchical, all that matters is your performance - good pay, especially when you prove yourself - very friendly atmosphere - good work/life balance - great company trips

- no feedback mechanism to give feedback on how management performs. Little training for management to get better at their jobs. Some of the homegrown talent was good at their job, but is terrible at managing. - higher management often MIA, seem more occupied with their welfare than the company’s
