I initially joined the company because I thought working here would be a great career opportunity, but that hasn't been the case at all! I honestly can't think of a single pro; everything about this company is horrible! At the very least, my coworkers have been an immense source of support. If it weren't for them, I don't think I would've lasted.
Cons
Flowdesk has no respect for employees, and it's even worse if you are a woman! Female employees are constantly looked down on and harassed by the managers. Even if you consistently perform at a high level, none of your hard work is ever going to be acknowledge, much less rewarded!
