No clear KPI at all, so can't have a fair evaluation on your performance. If your manager was in a good mood, they could say that you were doing a great job, but then 2 weeks later can suddendly said your performance is below expectation. And since no clear KPI, you can't debate with them. They are famous for hiring and then letting go people often.

As a honest review, this company as a whole is not women friendly. You know all of those rumors of how horrible the Crypto environment? It's all pretty much true here, You will never succeed here as a certain gender (not male), only if you come from an environment that is already in the crypto world like Galaxy, Genisis, or Falcon X, as 95% of their NY office is referrals from there. This caused a severe favoritism environment where if you came from the outside, you would never fit in or succeed. And the company culture will not change anytime soon, nor is leadership or management is willing to change it (they know about it, but don't care).
