The targets are set each year following an extensive business planning process with all teams across the business, which includes a review of resource requirements. We have also made significant investment over the last 12+ months in our Tech, Logistics and team, which will continue as we deliver our 2023-25 strategy. - Hybrid working model (lots of autonomy on when/where we work from when in-person) - Work/life balance and flexible scheduling (as a working parent of two young children this is major) - Team is an amazing mix of people from different personal and professional backgrounds - Exciting to work for an ever-changing business with new challenges and opportunities - Generous PTO and parental leave policies

Cons

- Very fast paced and high pressure (not a con, but requires the right type of employee and work ethic)
