Friendly work environment; OK Benefits & 401k

Cons

Poor Management, Lack of respect for personal time (long work hours!), Poor documentation of previous jobs (hard for new hires to fill roles), multiple roles to fill but pay doesn't represent it, lack of experience in roles (due to high turnover rate)

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
