      Pros

      Teamwork, lots of benefits, made lots of friends, enjoyed my time here with everyone. I had a great supervisor and great colleagues. Id recommend Flowserve to anyone.

      departments dont work together, lots of competition and politics

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
