      My time at Flowserve has been nothing but positive. The organization does an exceptional job at providing engaging projects, challenging opportunities, inclusive teams and unmatched exposure to the executive leadership team.

      Cons

      One concern or improvement that could be helpful moving forward resides in cross-platform standardization and eliminating work duplication across the organization.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
