Energetic CEO and Executives, Good balance work from home/office hybrid. Large firm with many opportunities. Recently added RSU Restricted Stock Units to US employees.

Cons

Some hold-over from legacy bureaucracy. You must take responsibility for your own growth/advancement.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
