Decent Salary Great Culture Helpful Teams Generally flexible with schedule so long you get your job done

Cons

Job titles and responsibilities change often Layoffs happen often Unlimited PTO but struggle to even get two weeks without having to work during your time off. This is because they run super thin on employees.

The general team is very kind and great to work with

Executives are too focused on the wrong things and aren’t great leaders. They fire people without cause. They give zero guidance and training. If you are a person of color or woman you’re always on the chopping block.

This claim about women and people of color is so far from the truth evidenced by our history in promotion/termination and it is truly sad to see a disgruntled ex-employee make such a false claim.
