Worst Company for any self respecting Guy
Pros
I worked for 6 years with their parent organisation supporting both Inventory Source and Flxpoint and had good learning.
Cons
I spent 6 years from 2018-2024 working at different levels and here is the breakdown of what I observed: - Very mediocre but egoistic Management. - Management discriminates employees on basis of ethnicity, colour. - Key role positions are available only for 'preferred' employees. - Zero to nothing for appraisals. Management is always 'short of funds' during appraisals. - Management consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. - Management will take advantage when an employee is most vulnerable. You never know what will be your last day at work. - Employees are fired over a phone call with no valid reason.
