Dear Ex-Employee, Thank you for giving us feedback and helping us get better. We believe that we have built solid capabilities in QA with automation work, solid domain knowledge, and a robust database of test cases and scenarios for our products. QA team is one of the best teams at FlyNava with employees learning the process and automation and have made good careers within FlyNava and elsewhere also, post there 1st few years at FlyNava. We also have people who have worked for more than 2 years and are slated to become shareholders from the QA team. We do have challenging targets for growth, delivery, and high-quality work which may lead to typical pressures on work content. We typically work only 5 days a week 24 days a year with the intent to create a balance of solid experience and work output with a number of fun activities and relaxed days off. All heads take every feedback seriously and try to engage to address them quickly. So we are learning our way to find the right balance while growing fast, and providing a good environment for all. We are hoping to see these actions give all employees a better opportunity and ensure better outcomes.

Pros

You get to work on real features that actually go live, which is super motivating. The team is generally helpful and people are open to jumping in when you’re stuck. If you like ownership and learning by doing, you’ll grow quickly. Decent exposure to a modern frontend stack and product work, plus you get to understand the airline/pricing domain which is interesting.

Cons

It can get pretty fast-paced, especially around releases, and sometimes priorities shift quickly. Since processes are still being built, there can be some confusion on requirements or last-minute changes. Documentation isn’t always consistent, so you sometimes rely on people instead of written context.

Pros

I don't have anything to say.

Cons

1. The workplace culture is ego-driven. 2. Communication is unprofessional and often lacks basic courtesy. 3. Support from the team/management is limited(0%). 4. People focus more on showing off than collaborating. 5. Employees are frequently expected to work overnight without compensation. 6. Weekend work is common, and availability expectations feel like 24/7. 7.Leave approvals are overly restrictive. 8. The environment can feel toxic and stressful. 9. Planning is weak, and last-minute requirement changes lead to urgent late-night work. 10. Even if you contribute significantly, your efforts often go unrecognized and you are treated as if you have not done anything.
