6yThank you for leaving a review and providing feedback about our workplace culture. Everyone has a very different career path within Fog Software Group (and Constellation Software Inc.) and we’re glad to hear your view and experience so far. At this time, our HR department is centralized in our corporate office but has always maintained an open level of communication and don’t feel it is necessary to have physical HR presence in an office or space in order for employee culture to thrive. We encourage employees to discuss and bring concerns to their managers and escalate to HR from there if they feel they’re not being heard. We’ve encouraged the team to email HR@fogsoftwaregroup.com or call (if preferred) with any questions/concerns. We also make available information to the CSI Whistleblower Hotline where employees can anonymously report concerns/issues. Additionally, we plan to execute training for our managers on various topics to better prepare them for their role on a daily basis of supporting you and making sure you have a positive work environment where you can be productive and successful. Our priority has always been to support our employees and the businesses they help us run. We look forward to collaborating and developing stronger partnerships as we continue to make improvements within our organization with the help and feedback of the team.
