      Pros

      Tons of learning opportunities if you're up for it and interested in personal/professional growth. Non traditional exposure to a variety of areas in the business areas you usually wouldn't be exposed to in other companies this size regardless of level of role. Ability to be independent and make your own mark on processes or projects. Tons of opportunity if you're smart, curious and open to challenges.

      Cons

      Feedback is not a common standard and most of the time you have to figure out where you stand without direct and individualized communication which makes it a sink or swim environment.

      Decent Place to Work, Bad Place to Grow

      Pros

      Many long term employees is a plus. 401K with 50% match (although they suspended it in Q1 2020) .

      Cons

      No annual review, no salary increases. Bonus structure is subject to change at any time and rarely benefits the employee. Portfolio managers don't care about employees.
