The office workers are too afraid to open up about what is going on and the supervisors are made miserable because nobody wants to listen to them, and when they do their job for maybe years (if they stay) they are given no help to relocate. Just remember ladies your on your own so get used to it.

Good Pay, a lot of flexibility with working hours and place of work, very good boundaries with client group, a lot of room for responsibility and learning.

Some office toxicity, needs more transparency around hiring and interviews and needs more options for staff progression.
