      Good Pay, a lot of flexibility with working hours and place of work, very good boundaries with client group, a lot of room for responsibility and learning.

      Cons

      Some office toxicity, needs more transparency around hiring and interviews and needs more options for staff progression.

      Pros

      Caring, supportive organisation that has an excellent care service management time. Excellent staff training. It is not just a job its a vocation . There is no I in FOLD its a team from the care director to the care assistant on the floor.
