      You learn alot and you get to love your job as you get good at it just like anywhere else..

      Work Life balance does not exist and my pay has been at the bottom range of GSR8 for years.

      Pros

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
