      Work culture is great along with the job. People are supportive and helpful. Overall a people friendly company.

      Cons

      4 days work from office which is a bit difficult considering the commute time it takes to travel to office.

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
