      1)Unstable since they always have layoffs. 2)Work model went from 3 days in office to 4 days. 3)Employee can feel like they have no sense of direction sometimes due to incompetent/inexperienced management.

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
