Pros
The people. From the top down these folks are amazing. I had a personal issue and the entire team from site GM down were 100% supportive. They made me feel like family and for that I will always be appreciative. The tech - you get to work on leading edge products that are technically challenging. The environment - I worked in the Sunrise facility and the equipment, support and office were top notch. Not the usual large company overhead. Very lean operation for a large company.
Cons
The only con for me was I had to commute nearly 1.5 hours each direction every day. This changed once the pandemic hit, but eventually everyone was called back which I am fine with. Just a long commute for me.
