- Some of the worst management I have ever been involved with in my life - support goes from one extreme to the other, you are either micro managed or left to your own devises - Feed back is only given when they can see you are on the brink of exhaustion - hot and cold team lead, wants to be your friend then ignores you

Positive working environment and overall good culture

can be poorly managed at times, but seems to be dealt with proactively-
