      Pros

      I suppose a pro would be they’re located in Nottingham and London, two great cities...

      Cons

      They don’t care for anyone’s mental health unless you’re a biller making them money... Avoid! VERY high staff turnover! They show they’re always hiring but that’s not strictly down to exception growth. That’s down to needing to replace those that constantly leave due to the work environment, working hours (expect 8am-8pm as a norm) and poor management. They often post fake review with ‘nothing that I can think of’ for the Cons of working there.

      Pros

      I have been at FB for over 2 years now and came in without any recruitment experience previously. I have received nothing but incredible support when it comes to my development and progression within the business. The people are amazing as well and the atmosphere in the office every day makes me not want to work from home even with the option to do so. I have had help at every step of the way from associate consultant, to recruitment consultant to senior consultant and now have some of the best training ive had moving in to management. Cant recommend the company enough and earn some of the best commission in the industry.

      Dont have a con. Ive had the best experience in a business in my career.
