Pros

Nothing, Free tea maybe

Cons

The culture at FB is absolutely toxic. Yu are being watched every single minute, from the time you arrive to the time you leave. for example, you are expected to arrive to work on time 8:30am (Of course longer than average companies), however, if you arrive at 8:31am expect a little chat with your line manager... on the other hand if you stay for longer hours there is no acknowledgement. The company discriminates mothers and does not considers or promotes flexible working. The pay is under market rate however the company promote incentives “hitting the target” which requires you to work 14 hours a day. They have a dedicated so called “HR/ops staff members “to ensure glass door reviews are “on point” and regular emails goes out to force employees to complete good reviews

Pros

Have some pretty good incentives (if you ever get it) The office space is good

Cons

Watched like a hawk. Always someone breathing down your neck about something. Daily targets set and if you don’t reach you don’t hear the end of it. Constant check ups like you’re in school. No diversity in the company - pretty closed culture They get rid of staff all the time and there’s always new people. If you like to leave work on time when you actually finish, they look at you funny as if it’s a problem. Awkward working conditions. Not a comfortable place to work.

Pros

I suppose a pro would be they’re located in Nottingham and London, two great cities...

Cons

They don’t care for anyone’s mental health unless you’re a biller making them money... Avoid! VERY high staff turnover! They show they’re always hiring but that’s not strictly down to exception growth. That’s down to needing to replace those that constantly leave due to the work environment, working hours (expect 8am-8pm as a norm) and poor management. They often post fake review with ‘nothing that I can think of’ for the Cons of working there.
