Pros
I really think this is a great company. Many people who get laid off due to bad performance (managers and heads too), try to influence others to leave a bad review. I feel bad to see such false reviews when I can see how nice it is to work here. Seriously, I could list the perks whole day: 1. You get flexibility for your work. Work from office, home remotely or however. They do set guidelines to encourage work from office but everyone knows that they hardly matter as long as you deliver your work. 2. I think it is nice environment in office too. You can play table tennis, you get zomato balance to order twice a day, you can use play station that is in the office, and they keep good snacks 3. Transparency is extremely good. You get to know what's happening in the company in every way. Let it be firings (and why they happened), how is the business doing, etc etc. 4. Leadership is good as opposed to what people are saying in reviews. Most of them don't even know what our leaders do. Our CEO is seriously a very thoughtful leader. You can't know until you meet him or listen to him of course. Same goes for our CPO, VPs and many. Our CTO has extremely good technical knowledge which I guess only engineers can appreciate. 5. and more.
