- flexibility on work timings - great learning opportunities especially early in your career - remote/hybrid setup (no mandate to come to office) - quarterly team outings, quarterly recharge days, recharge week from Christmas to new year - office lunch & dinner via Zomato enterprise - thoughtful gift hampers during festivals - solid product - good engg. team

Cons

- since it's a global company, sometimes you might have to do pacific hours - need to focus on product vision and roadmap - career growth and learning opportunities can be limited (especially once you cross 3-4 yrs in the company)
