Pros
- You get to work with smart and curious people. - Their products are deeptech especially DSM. - The CTO is great and the organization has some brilliant engineers(Although many left & are leaving).
Cons
- Always cribbing about low budget(poor sales) - Decent comp as a fresher, but very bad hikes. - Since there's no "9-5" officially, you'll be expected to work 12 hours a day and be "efficient".(depends on manager though) - No job security & Politics in the upper management.
