Very employee focussed, concerned for wellbeing of their employees demonstrated by extensive onboarding provided, holiday policy, wellbeing days, training opportunities, flexible working hours great for people with family responsibilities.

Department procedures are not streamlined with lack of clarity. Lack of commercial professional mind set.
