      Pros

      Hybrid model of working, generous holidays, reasonable benefits, friendly and helpful team members, lots of company training and opportunities to progress within company. Very employee focussed, concerned for wellbeing of their employees demonstrated by extensive onboarding provided, holiday policy, wellbeing days, training opportunities, flexible working hours great for people with family responsibilities.

      Cons

      Department procedures are not streamlined with lack of clarity. Lack of commercial professional mind set.

      Pros

      Being treated with respect by all who work for Forward has made the journey amazing. You are and feel that you are making a difference to so many lives!

      Pros

      Frontline teams are full of wonderful people who care and go above and beyond.

      Cons

      The senior executive and leadership teams are all under qualified for their jobs. Most have been at the organisation for a long time so have been promoted during phases of growth. Very little skill amongst them.
