      I really like the people in the company and the company's values. You have the freedom of trying new things, and they encourage you to speak up and disagree even with senior leadership. It doesn't matter if you are junior; they want you to have a great impact

      Cons

      It's a startup, so it depends on what you want, these things can be a con or a pro: more responsibility from day 1; as the team is small, all you do has a lot of impact, you will navigate hard times

      - A++ Team - Super strong and unique culture - Continuous growth - Super intellectually-challenging environment - Very high ethical standards

      Cons

      - You need to be up to working surrounded by some of the most talented and smart people you may come across in your career, and whom will push you to show the best version of yourself every day. It's very true what FounderNest says in their Job Descriptions that "6 months at FounderNest may be equivalent to 2 years at any other company in terms of your growth."
