I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and share your perspective. I’m glad to hear the work from home opportunity, training, and licensing support were valuable parts of your experience. Leadership and workplace culture can have a major impact on the employee experience, and feedback like this is important as teams continue working to improve support and communication. Associates are encouraged to share feedback through our open door policy, daily pulse checks, and MAX survey so ideas and concerns can continue to be heard. I will also be sure this feedback is shared with the appropriate teams. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
