      Pros

      They literally never will fire you.

      Cons

      The salary makes you to being poor (630€ monthly paycheck after taxes), No opportunities to improve if you are a foreigner. They only share the next schedule with one or two days in advance. If you give less than the legal pre-notice, they won't pay based on that, most of it if you are moving to another country.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
