Pros
Weekly Pay Nice team lead also known as 'CA'.
Cons
Training is for the most part pointless and irrelevant, you learn everything on the job as you go, but it is paid. The actual job can sometimes feel like working in a sweat shop but in the comfort of your own home Yes it is work from home but on some campaigns, the 'OMs' and 'SOMs' treat you like absolute crap with no regard for health conditions or personal emergencies, all they care about is you 'taking calls'. You are just a number at the end of the day at Sitel. You can be thrown onto a totally different campaign (humanitarian crisis) with incredibly demanding requirements from you emotionally and mentally, and there is no increase in pay, or adequate preparation. You are forced to deal with emotionally harrowing calls, and then given generic 'you're saving lives' carp from management to keep you going.
