      Pros

      I've had really a great time working as an Account Manager, Sitel gives you the chance to improve daily and the atmosphere is so amazing it's like a family.

      Well i think they are doing a really good job they're improving all the time.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
