Pros

> Management is Chill and depending on the team, Work pressure is less. > WFH option available. More than half of the employees are working from home. > Multiple process to choose from. Developer jobs available as well.

Cons

> Rotational Shifts (Day & Night shifts at Odd hours) (Changes every 2 months) > Weekoffs change every week (Your 2 days off keeps changing randomly unless you ask for your preferred days for week off) > Bad Canteen hygiene > Lack of shops nearby Ramanujan IT park, especially during night shifts

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
