      Pros

      Really amazing staff given the stuff we all have to put up with everyone has a fantastic personality and great senses of humour. Good discount, access to lots of free books.

      Cons

      Continuously poor communication. Information given in interview turned out to be lies. Pay check has been low twice due to hours not being reported. Hours cut with no warning. This job has given me more anxiety than any customer service role I’ve had in my working life.

      books? but at what cost?

      Cons

      Toxic work environment with inexperienced management and an ineffective HR. Work-life balance and basic duty of care are ignored. On top of that, there is clear favoritism, with some staff protected through personal connections while others are unfairly pushed out. Many employees are treated poorly, leading to stress, anxiety, and low morale. One of the worst workplaces I’ve experienced.
