Pros
Easy interview. The building was nice.
Cons
They expect workers to put an absurd amount of over time. Most weeks I was working over 50 hours. They rather over work an employee than hire someone else to help with the workload. I spoke to my supervisor about it, and told her that I could no longer do overtime because I wanted to take a class in the evenings after work. She replied, “do you need to take that class? Or it is just for fun?”. I did not welcome that question since it was none of her business how I wanted to use my free time.
