The people at Fragomen are smart and very kind; it is an environment where employees are encouraged to ask questions, and there is always someone around who is willing to help, whether or not they are your direct supervisor.
Cons
Most hours of the day spent in your cubicle working independently; this is somewhat expected in a paralegal role, but is a little stifling after a while.
