      Pros

      I have worked at the firm for about 10 years. I am only working here to provide for my family. There is nothing redeeming about this firm or the work that we are doing.

      Compensation - management needs to reevaluate how they structure compensation. For a law firm that generates $800 million in revenue,.. step it up. Management. The lawyers that run our offices have absolutely no business background or professional business dev experience. Time off. Implement a system that actually allows people to take time off.

      Pros

      Decent overtime pay. I also had a decent training/onboarding experience, but this was not the norm.

      Cons

      Exploitative, 80+ hour work weeks, 2am messages from attorneys, burn-out model for paralegals and associates (scoop them up after BA or JD and overwork them until they quit), misrepresent case load during interview by 50% of total, low ceiling for non-attorney career advancement. Have an exit plan.
